What You’ll Do People (HR) Operations Run core HR processes for international employees, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and contract changes. Maintain clean, accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems (e.g., Rippling, Deel). Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and immigration partners to support timely, accurate processing. Provide first‑line HR support for global operations, including organizing folders, refreshing content, and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and FAQs. Contribute to international HR projects such as documentation clean‑up, process mapping, and onboarding improvements. Workplace Support Serve as the primary on‑ground contact for our Amsterdam office, working with the serviced office provider and local leadership. Coordinate day‑to‑day office needs—supplies, snacks, mail, access badges, and basic facilities requests. Support local internal events and culture‑building activities, handling logistics such as catering, room setup, and vendor coordination. Monitor the overall employee experience in the office and surface feedback to improve collaboration, focus, and connection. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in HR operations or administration, with a solid understanding of core HR processes. Familiarity with Dutch employment practices; experience with other European markets is a plus. Strong systems and data orientation, comfortable working in HRIS/HR tools (e.g., Rippling, Deel, Ashby). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small workflows simultaneously. Comfort in an office‑facing role, including facilities coordination and event logistics.
