Toxic Tort Associate/Attorney/Senior Counsel Multiple Locations Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening in our Los Angeles and Oakland offices, as well as our virtual office, The Link, for a "Toxic Tort Associate, Attorney, or Senior Counsel" with a minimum of three years of experience preferred. Candidates must hold an active California bar license. Responsibilities Work independently through all phases of civil litigation in toxic tort spaces, including factual investigations and discovery. Prepare pleadings, take depositions, engage in discovery, and conduct substantive motion practice in California state and federal courts. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action, and manage multiple projects under pressure. Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience as a toxic tort associate, attorney, or senior counsel. Active California bar license. Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. Exceptional judgment, proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial with a commitment to community and diversity. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California is $180,000 to $300,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
