NOW HIRING: 2nd Shift Laser Break-Out / Material Handler

About the Role:
MLC Manufacturing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Laser Break-Out / Material Handler to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll assist with removing and sorting laser-cut parts, handling raw materials, staging jobs, and keeping production running smoothly. We value quality, safety, and a strong work ethic.

Shift Schedule:

• 2nd Shift

• Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

• Break out and separate laser-cut metal parts from sheets

• Inspect parts for quality, burrs, and defects

• Move and stage material for upcoming jobs

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (or willing to train)

• Package, label, and organize finished components

• Keep work area clean and safe

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred

• Comfortable working with metal parts and hand tools

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of shift

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
