Job Posting: 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator
Company: MLC Manufacturing
Location: Spring Lake, MI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:30am
Status: Hiring Immediately

About the Position:
MLC Manufacturing is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Bystronic press brakes. Programming knowledge at the machine interface is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Bystronic press brakes
Read blueprints and inspect parts to print
Adjust machine settings to maintain part accuracy
Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
Tag, stack, and move parts to next operations
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Experience operating Bystronic press brakes required
Programming at the machine interface a bonus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift schedule
