Operations Manager The Wilner Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive business operations, improve processes, and support executive leadership. Location: Southwest Florida. We partner with a growing professional services organization to identify a person to oversee business operations, improve internal processes, and partner closely with executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands‑on leader who thrives on building systems, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day business and operational functions. Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage project timelines, workflows, and operational initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting to leadership. Partner with leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and process improvements. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team accountability. Improve the overall client experience through effective communication and streamlined processes. Support technology initiatives, automation, and operational efficiencies. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure projects remain on track. Qualifications 5+ years of Operations Management, Office Management, or Business Management experience within a professional services environment. Proven experience creating scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting, KPIs, and vendor relationships. High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and business management software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
