Sales Coordinator

Position Overview This position plays a key role in keeping the business moving by serving as a daily point of contact with Target and coordinating closely with Sales, Order Management, Production, Design, and Warehouse teams. The Logistics/Sales Coordinators will each have ownership of specific brands while working together as a team to support the overall business. Team members will share responsibilities and provide support to one another as business needs and workloads change, ensuring the team is flexible and responsive. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, work with accuracy and urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Target Communication & Support Serve as a daily point of contact with Target and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner. Communicate directly with Target teams and internal Kellwood teams to ensure information is accurate and action items are followed through. Problem solve daily issues and proactively communicate solutions and updates. Review and enter data into Target systems. Order Management & Reporting Work directly with the Order Management team on bulk orders and PO discrepancies. Maintain accurate style balance sheets on a weekly basis. Transfer BCI credits within the appropriate platform. Set up new styles in weekly selling reports. Pull and process POs and provide management with dollar value reporting. Process commitments and communicate details to the Production team. Production & Logistics Coordination Work directly with Production on ad sample requests. Set up styles in Launchpad/IMN. Set up assortment boxes in IMN. Update assortment box dimensions in IMN. Coordinate information between Production, Warehouse, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution. Administrative Support Coordinate and schedule staff meetings. Manage direct email communication with internal company teams and Target teams. Provide additional support to the Sales and cross-functional teams as needed. Share responsibilities and provide backup support to fellow Logistics/Sales Coordinators as business needs and priorities shift. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Flexible and willing to support the team wherever needed. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
