Legal Administrative Assistant – Litigation
Our client —a powerhouse firm known for landmark, billion-dollar recoveries in high-stakes securities litigation is seeking a strong legal assistant for their Boca office.
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Legal Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep attorneys operating at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the preparation and formatting of critical legal documents
- Keep attorneys organized—calendars, time entries, and priorities
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and high-level communications
- Manage expenses, invoices, and case-related documentation
- Support case file organization and litigation workflow

- 3+ years in a litigation-focused law firm
- Strong understanding of court filings, TOC/TOA, and federal procedures
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and document management systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
