Own delivery, onboarding and customer operations as we scale from early clubs to a national base.
What you will do
- Own onboarding, from a signed club to a club running its first full week on the platform.
- Build the support function and the standards it answers to.
- Run delivery against the roadmap with the engineering lead.
- Hold the operating numbers: churn, time to onboard, support load per club.
What we are looking for
- Run operations at a software company serving businesses, through a period of real growth.
- Built a team rather than only managed one.
- Comfortable in a clubhouse and in a board meeting.
