The Staffing Recruiter plays a critical role in managing onsite workforce operations by acting as the main liaison between the agency, its employees, and the client’s management team. This position ensures daily operational efficiency, oversees employee performance, resolves workplace issues, and fosters strong client relationships while coordinating staffing needs and maintaining compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support onsite employees during all scheduled shifts
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work quality meets client expectations
• Conduct daily check-ins, track attendance, and confirm shift coverage
• Train new hires on job duties, safety protocols, and site expectations
• Serve as the onsite liaison between the agency and client management
• Communicate staffing updates, performance issues, and operational requirements
• Attend client meetings and provide timely status reports
• Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, and employee performance
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, safety standards, and client site regulations
• Support onboarding processes including badge access, equipment distribution, and orientation
