Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reporting all crisis situations and unusual incidents promptly to the Medical Director, with immediate alerts for psychiatric and medical crises to the Chief Medical Officer.

• Completing detailed documentation for patient records and engaging in quality improvement initiatives as required.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools to assess patient healthcare needs and documenting results accurately.

• Collaborating with the Center of Excellence Team to support patients experiencing Opioid Use Disorder.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use and mental health disorders in a detox center context. Qualifications\n
