Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will undertake a variety of important tasks aimed at facilitating mental wellness for your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapeutic interventions using methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that clients are supported through their recovery journey.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices, thereby enhancing the quality of care you provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
