In this role, you’ll work directly with our Wealth Strategists and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, professional client experiences, and efficient systems that make an impact.
What You’ll Do
? Provide high-level administrative and operational support
? Manage calendars, client meetings, and preparation of materials
? Coordinate client onboarding and maintain accurate records
? Handle client inquiries with professionalism and care
? Manage office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships
? Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and client service
What You’ll Bring
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
? Professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset
Preferred:
?? Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
?? 2+ years of administrative or financial services experience
?? Familiarity with CRM systems (RBC, Schwab, etc.)
· Series 7, 65/66, or insurance licenses
