Remote Inbound Call Center Representative

Supporting Veterans through inbound calls, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and provide solutions while working in a friendly, remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions Document call details and provide excellent service with a positive approach Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and build relationships Required qualifications U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a VA government background check Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport Preferred 1 year of call center experience General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment Reliable flexibility to work solo and as part of a team
