Job Details Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls and warm leads; consult with customers on insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverages and products and convert leads into policyholders. Paid training in a remote work environment; licensing included if you do not hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Training length: 16 weeks for licensed hires; 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for a different shift. All computer equipment provided; must maintain a suitable work-from-home setup with a dedicated workspace and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Qualifications 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
