Front Desk Agent (3 Months)

Job Responsibilities Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring an excellent first impression and exceptional guest experience. Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including the provision of welcome beverages and refreshments. Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries through various channels, including in person, telephone, digital platforms, and email. Assist guests with luggage handling when required and collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate, monitor, and update guest amenities, including welcome arrangements, special requests, and personalized services. Gather and address guest feedback, escalating concerns and sharing insights with supervisors and management to enhance service quality. Support the day-to-day operations of the front desk and undertake additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth hotel operations.
