Assistant Finance Manager (Real Estate)

About the role Assistant Finance Manager responsible for the financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts. Key responsibilities Prepare analytical review of monthly and quarterly variances Prepare quarterly forecast and monthly cashflow projection Prepare annual budget Submit quarterly GST returns and annual tax returns Prepare and review statutory financial statements Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned Requirement Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines Possess high level of initiative and sense of ownership Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to communicate well with various stakeholders Possess good organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills Experience in a REIT and/or real estate companies will be an added advantage Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr OUE REIT MANAGEMENT PTE.
