· Lead advisors, technicians and support staff.

· Drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

· Recruit, coach and develop future leaders.

· Monitor productivity, efficiency and repair order performance.

RequirementsQualifications

· Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.

· Proven dealership leadership success.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Valid driver's license.

· Toyota experience preferred but not required.
