**This requisition may be used to fill multiple positions within the Bureau and drawn from to fill vacancies as they occur**
Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position helps ensure qualified health care professionals can work in Florida by processing licensure applications. The role is administrative and customer‑service oriented, involving review of confidential documents, use of licensing systems (such as LEIDS), and communication of requirements, fees, and continuing education rules. The incumbent updates licensee information, sends written verifications, recommends operational improvements, and assists with office procedures as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows‑based systems, the ability to learn job‑specific software, strong data organization skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently within established schedules. The position requires in‑office attendance.

This is a fully on-site position based in Tallahassee. Employees are required to work from our Tallahassee office five days per week with no regular telework or remote option.
