Project Manager

Position Overview Immediate PM role paying 175-200k depending on experience. Qualifications Live in NYC. Project experience over 100k sq ft or over $50 million. Minimum of 7 years of experience, least a few as a PM. Coordination and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read architectural drawings including low voltage, security drawings and riser diagrams. At least one of the following: low voltage/MEPs experience, BIM/VDC exposure, design‑build exposure. Confidence to oversee over $100 million of scope on a massive multi‑billion dollar design‑build project. Ability to work in office/site 5 days per week. Ability to commute regularly to Downtown Manhattan and lower Bronx. Experience in pre‑construction and execution. Preferred degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, or similar; other areas with strong practical/technical experience acceptable. Special attention paid toward candidates with all of the above and some exposure to low voltage, security systems on new ground‑up construction. No hybrid/remote work.
