Construction Office Manager

Office Manager

A growing company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure projects and workflows run smoothly. This role requires someone who can stay on top of multiple projects, manage approvals, and create organized systems to keep the office running efficiently.

The Office Manager will lead a small team and coordinate between office and project needs, ensuring tasks are completed on time and operations stay structured. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, engineering, or concrete, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts.

This position is best suited for someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and able to multitask while maintaining strong organization and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and workflow
  • Manage approvals and track project progress
  • Lead and support a small office team
  • Organize systems to improve efficiency and structure
  • Coordinate between teams and ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay on top of multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or concrete required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience managing or leading a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Detail oriented and proactive
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year
