Immediately Hiring: Stackers / Packers– 2nd Shift

Location: New Holland, PA
Pay:$18.50/hr
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Stacker/Packers for a top rated food manufacturing facility in New Holland, PA. If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, this is a great chance to join a production team.

No extensive experience required!

What You'll Do

Package, stack, label, and box finished products
Inspect products, packaging, labels, and codes for quality and accuracy
Assemble boxes and operate basic packaging equipment
Assist with production line setup and changeovers
Move materials using hand jacks and scales as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and working in a fast-paced environment
3-6 months experience in a manufacturing, food production or packaging
Reliable transportation to New Holland, PA
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
