Immediately Hiring: Stackers / Packers– 2nd Shift
Location: New Holland, PA
Pay:$18.50/hr
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Stacker/Packers for a top rated food manufacturing facility in New Holland, PA. If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, this is a great chance to join a production team.
No extensive experience required!
What You'll Do
- Package, stack, label, and box finished products
- Inspect products, packaging, labels, and codes for quality and accuracy
- Assemble boxes and operate basic packaging equipment
- Assist with production line setup and changeovers
- Move materials using hand jacks and scales as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and working in a fast-paced environment
- 3-6 months experience in a manufacturing, food production or packaging
- Reliable transportation to New Holland, PA
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
