Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 per year

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

What You'll Do: Be the Engine Behind Operational Excellence

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won't just manage people — you'll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree required

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)

3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders

Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Experience in warehouse or distribution environments

Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems

Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces
