Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


- Collect and analyze relevant health data to inform patient care decisions.
- Develop a comprehensive care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement care plans, coordinating care delivery, while promoting a safe and healing environment.
- Evaluate patient progress toward specific outcomes, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to enhance the patient care experience.
- Educate patients and families, providing valuable health information and support throughout their healthcare journey.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and manage the duties of healthcare team members.
- Embrace a culture of teamwork, safety, and professional growth through continued learning.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Acute care facility experience is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Additional certifications: AHA-NRP, AHA-ACLS, and STABLE certifications are necessary.
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification is required.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent nursing experience.
