EPIC Conversion Registered Nurse
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. No RTO. Start date is firm Auto Offer EPIC BACKFILL, Day Shift 36 or 48 hours per week. FLOATING REQUIRED TO BAKERSFIELD AS NEEDED
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Acute care facility experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Facility Specific License/Certifications:
AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
Department Specific License/Certifications:
AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS: Required S.T.A.B.L.
