Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with an innovative AI technology company that delivers advanced AI-driven solutions to transform enterprise data operations. The company helps data teams automate complex workflows, improve efficiency, and scale faster through intelligent data automation and agentic AI capabilities, enabling organizations to achieve smarter, data-driven outcomes. YOE: 7+ years of experience selling to enterprises in the data ecosystem Location: Hybrid | Sunnyvale, CA | 3 days in-office Own and grow the customer base by driving new revenue as a founding Account Executive and helping lay the foundation for the sales organization. Generate a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email) and by converting existing free users into paying customers. Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, identifying key stakeholders, understanding customer challenges, and securing business buy-in. Manage proof-of-concept (POC) and procurement processes, collaborating closely with solution architects on scoping, pricing, security, and approvals. Drive customer expansion by increasing product adoption within existing accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
