Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $78 - $81.88 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Prioritize candidates with a strong background in developing and operationalizing multi year strategies for complex organizations, ideally with domain experience in payments or financial services. Profiles should demonstrate proven strength in crafting strategic frameworks, executive ready narratives, and presentation materials. The role requires the ability to interface directly with senior domain leaders, synthesize disparate inputs into coherent strategy, and translate ambiguity into structured outcomes. Experience supporting integration planning and managing execution through governance, roadmaps, and performance tracking is strongly desired.
