Pricing Coordinator - $24-26/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain customer price lists using Excel and AS400 systems.
• Utilize Excel formulas, named ranges, and linked data to support pricing processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Add, update, and remove product information while maintaining consistent formatting, branding, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate and distribute pricing updates and customer price lists on a large scale.
• Process pricing adjustments for customer orders and pricing-related invoice credits.
• Set up and maintain customer-specific pricing records within AS400 based on approved sales requests.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and complete pricing requests.
• Take ownership of projects by proactively following up on outstanding information and keeping requests moving forward.
• Support company-wide pricing initiatives, mass pricing updates, and special department projects.
• Review and audit work for accuracy, including pricing, formatting, data entry, and product information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Location: Eagan, MN - 100% onsite
• Type: Contract-to-hire
