Red Tail Residential is seeking a Facilities Manager I to lead multifamily building systems operations at Sundial Apartments. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and elevators, coordinating maintenance teams and prioritizing safety and cost efficiency.
