KBR is seeking a Federal Civilian BD Director to lead the DOT & FAA portfolio, shaping capture and win strategies for multi‑hundred million to multi‑billion opportunities. You will direct pipeline, engage with federal civilian customers, and drive end-to-end BD processes across major programs.
