Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | Overtime: Extended shifts and occasional Saturdays as required

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes
• Load materials and components into production lines
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Must-Have Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working in a regulated or medical manufacturing environment
• Experience meeting quality and production goals

PPE Required

• Steel-toe shoes
• Safety glasses

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Continuous standing and walking
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Moderate machine noise
• Production quotas and quality standards must be maintained
• Temperature-controlled facility
