Customer Sales Representative -This is an in-person sales and face-to-face customer engagement role

Join our team as a Customer Sales Representative and play a key role in managing sales for new customer relationships, helping solve customers' energy management problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business success.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for interested customers by discussing their energy services. Provide consultative sales support by recommending cost-effective electricity plans and home energy solutions to customers. Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Build strong relationships with customers through personalized support. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and account management. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth.
