Required Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience Strong Plaintiff Personal Injury background Auto accident litigation experience highly preferred Advanced skills in: Depositions, Discovery, Law & motion practice Trial Experience: Minimum 2+ first-chair jury trials (or very close equivalent) Must be confident in managing and running trials independently What Makes This Role Unique Immediate responsibility for 70–80 active litigation files Direct case transfer from a senior partner Firm is actively expanding — recently hired two associates and continuing to grow Priority placed on real trial ability over pedigree Ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom exposure and autonomy Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $350,000 annually] . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
