Senior Product Owner

Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Senior Product Owner.Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements
• Translate underwriting, actuarial, and regulatory requirements into clear product features
• Partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver tools for quoting, policy management, and claims tracking
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning with business goals and compliance needs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with operations, distribution, and claims teams to ensure smooth feature adoption
• Define and track KPIs tied to performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency

• 7+ years of product ownership/management experience, including 5+ years in P&C insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements
• Experience delivering digital insurance platforms (policy admin, claims systems, portals)
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-focused solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
