Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market, consumer, and competitive analysis to uncover new innovation opportunities, directly informing strategic development.
• Monitor and report on industry, consumer, and cultural trends, providing critical insights that guide future product direction.
• Provide essential support for new product concept development and various innovation projects, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to launch.
• Prepare compelling presentations, detailed reports, and actionable innovation recommendations that drive decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights throughout the innovation process, fostering a consumer-first approach.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A strong passion for innovation, creativity, and understanding consumer trends.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or innovation, preferably within a consumer-focused industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and insights to drive strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in presentation software and spreadsheet applications.
• Proficiency across social media platforms for trend monitoring and insight gathering.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• A self-starter mentality: autonomous, curious, collaborative, friendly, and proactive, eager to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for text or images) to enhance productivity and creativity, bringing fresh perspectives to projects.
