Lead Full Stack Developer

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer for a full-time remote position, responsible for providing technical leadership, driving the design and development of enterprise applications, and mentoring team members while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and services Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions using .NET, Java, Angular, and AWS Mentor and coach developers on technical skills and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
