Gardena Corporate 1655 W Redondo Beach Blvd Gardena, CA 90247, USA Gardena Corporate 1655 W Redondo Beach Blvd Gardena, CA 90247, USA As the IT Analyst I – Desktop, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting or problem-solving to technical staff and end users for hardware, software, and related computer systems. Provides day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting or problem-solving to technical staff and end users for hardware, software, and related computer systems. End user support for handheld and peripheral devices. Implement performance upgrades to PCs, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, CD-ROMs, etc. Document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal. Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support. Support may be required in emergencies, either in-person or remotely, and sometimes after normal business hours. Job Qualifications/Requirements Education/Credentials Technical Skills Required: Ability to troubleshoot PC problem & basic network issue. Required: Intermediate Microsoft product knowledge (OS & Office suite). Required: Strong foundation of MS Windows OS which include AD and GPO Required: Familiarity with various MS products which include MS O365 Preferred: Research new technology to benefit Desktop operation. The salary range for this full-time position is $21.64 - $22.60 hourly + bonus + benefits Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
