Production Supervisor (Night Shift)We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of employees on a rotating 2-2-3 night shift (6 PM to 6 AM). This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and team development while ensuring production goals are met.Lead and coach a production team in a manufacturing environmentPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulationsMonitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesTroubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actionsSupport employee development through training, feedback, and cross-trainingCoordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to maintain workflow and meet production targetsUtilize lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste5+ years of manufacturing leadership experienceExperience supervising production teams in an industrial settingStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and lean principlesProven commitment to workplace safetyExperience using ERP systems; SAP preferredStrong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a rotating 2-2-3 night shift scheduleChemical manufacturing experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with 5S and continuous improvement programsAnnual bonus opportunityCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesDiverse and collaborative team environmentStrong company culture focused on continuous improvement and professional developmentExperience in ERP and data-driven management systems to run production.This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Medical / Dental / Vision / 401KThis is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul, MN.This position is anticipated to close on Aug 28, 2026.
