Administrative Support Specialist - Home Health Care

Home Services Unlimited is a trusted home health care agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and manage prior authorizations
Complete patient intake and registration accurately and efficiently
Perform medical data entry with a high level of accuracy
Review and audit patient charts and medical documentation
Verify documentation of patient visits
Maintain organized filing systems
Scan and upload documents into the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Qualifications

Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred
Strong computer skills, including data entry and EMR systems
Excellent phone and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills
