Corewell Health
Senior Quality Improvement Specialist
This is a hybrid role, with onsite work averaging three days per week at Troy Hospital. While primarily based at Troy, this corporate position may require periodic travel to other Corewell Health East sites to collaborate on quality and patient safety initiatives.
Are you driven by data, curious about what the numbers don't yet tell us, and passionate about turning insights into safer, better care? As a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reducing readmissions and strengthening patient safety by diving deep into data, uncovering trends, and translating findings into meaningful system and site-level improvements. Embedded within the sites and communities you serve, you'll partner closely with clinicians and leaders—acting as the connective tissue between operations and quality—to identify gaps, lead improvement initiatives, and drive measurable, sustainable outcomes that truly make a difference for patients.
At Corewell Health, you'll be part of Michigan's largest and most integrated healthcare systems, united by a mission to improve health, instill humanity, and inspire hope.
If you're energized by data, comfortable navigating complex clinical conversations, and motivated by the opportunity to improve care where it matters most, we want to hear from you. Bring your quality expertise, curiosity, and collaborative spirit—and help us turn insight into action. Apply today and be part of the team driving meaningful improvement across Corewell Health.
