Email Marketing Manager

Experienced marketers will find a part-time to full-time remote opportunity as an Email Marketing Manager, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals and best practices Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and ensure client satisfaction Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize email marketing efforts and drive revenue growth Required qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in managing Email Retention Marketing programs for B2C eCommerce brands Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced features such as predictive analytics and complex segmentation Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic coding principles for email design within Klaviyo Experience with CRM, CDPs, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and Google Analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations
