Senior Transplant Reimbursement Coordinator

We are conducting a search for an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in transplant reimbursement, pricing, managed care contracting and financial analysis. This is a senior level individual contributor position with no direct reports. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert around transplant reimbursement and will work closely with managed care, finance and transplant leadership. Responsibilities Analyze transplant reimbursement, pricing and payer contracts Review and model transplant case rates, bundled reimbursement and contract terms Perform detailed financial and reimbursement analysis Evaluate payer performance and identify reimbursement opportunities or discrepancies Work with managed care and transplant teams on contract interpretation and pricing Analyze large data sets to support reimbursement and contracting decisions Develop reports and financial models using SQL and Microsoft Access Qualifications Prior experience with transplant reimbursement, transplant finance, managed care contracting or transplant business operations Strong understanding of transplant case rates, bundled reimbursement and payer contracts Strong analytical and financial skills Advanced SQL experience required Advanced Microsoft Access experience required Experience working with healthcare reimbursement and claims data Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across finance, managed care and clinical teams IMPORTANT: Candidates must have hands on experience with BOTH SQL and Microsoft Access.
