The Restaurant General Manager of Fine Dining environment oversees all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and smooth daily functioning. This role involves managing a large team, maintaining high service standards, controlling inventory, and working closely with the owner to meet financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of over 30 staff members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and maintain adequate stock levels
• Manage the restaurant budget and monitor financial performance
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Maintain quality assurance in food and service standards
• Develop and maintain staff scheduling to optimize coverage
• Prepare and present financial reports to the owner
• Foster positive guest relations and handle customer feedback
• Supervise menu planning and updates in collaboration with the culinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
