Location: Doral, FL 33172 | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Are you an experienced logistics professional looking for your next opportunity in international freight forwarding? We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team!
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate export bookings with steamship lines, co-loaders, and trucking companies
- Create and manage shipments in Cargowise system
- Prepare and process documents: MBL, HBL, D/O, AES
- Handle in-bond shipments and transmit 7512 (IT, T&E, IE)
- Follow up with carriers, trucking companies, and co-loaders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain ongoing communication with overseas agents and customers
- Ensure all documentation and billing is completed accurately in Cargowise
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a freight forwarder (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in international shipping and export procedures
- Experience using Cargowise is a strong plus
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a Plus
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask
- Must be a team player and self-starter with a proactive mindset
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $29.00 Per Hour
