Staff Accountant - Growth Opportunity

Growing and stable company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This role works closely with leadership and offers excellent long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Support balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate across accounting and administrative functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP/accounting software experience
