We're seeking a Senior Accountant with OneStream accounting software experience to join our Finance team based in our North Hollywood corporate headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in full-cycle accounting and perform in-depth financial analysis, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and statements. As a Senior Accountant, you'll work independently on complex accounting tasks in alignment with GAAP, while supporting our Assistant Controller. You'll also collaborate with other team members and leadership to improve existing processes and contribute to the continued success of a global, privately held company. Schedule: Onsite, M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm

We believe people do their best work when they can collaborate face-to-face. In this full-time, onsite role, you'll work closely with our Finance team—building meaningful connections, learning directly from leadership, and contributing to key decisions while seeing your impact in real time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts General Ledger month-end close.
• Prepares and posts monthly journal entries.
• Performs consolidation of The Bobrick Corporation for quarterly and annual bank requirements.
• Compiles and presents monthly consolidated management financial package.
• Performs analytical review of interim Financial Statements.
• Reconciles and analyzes assigned General Ledger Accounts.
• Manage and track the company's fixed assets for all locations including their acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
• Prepare Fixed Assets roll forward for all locations.
• Prepares the year-end external audit consolidation and financial statement package.
• Support the Staff Accountants in providing financial information for the year-end audit and tax preparation.
• Serves as back up for the Systems Administrator in maintaining the report writing system.
• Assists the Systems Administrator with maintaining the report-writing system.
• Assess the current procedures within the department and provide Assistant Controller with recommendations for improvements.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports in report writing system.
• Performs accounting research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Accounting from four-year College or university
• Experience with OneStream accounting software (2+ years) required
• 3 - 5 years of Accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred.
• Must have a thorough understanding of complex Accounting practices and procedures.
• Experience with preparation of consolidated financial statements a must.
• Familiar with consolidation of foreign entities and accounting for foreign currency transactions a plus.
• Industry experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Must have demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Solid written/oral communication and organization skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00
