The Supply Chain Team Examples of key problems the team is working on Supply compute at a scale of 10s to 100s of GWs, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline. Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint. Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modelling that exists. Role Scope Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site. Set spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital. Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions instead of surprises. Coordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You've managed a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units. You've set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume. You keep asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble. You've run RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money. Bonus: GPU or server fleets. DCIM and asset systems. Reverse logistics. Depreciation and capital planning.
