We are looking to hire a  Marketing Specialist  for our Aftermarket Division in Auburn Hills, MI.

What you can look forward to as Marketing Specialist ?

• Help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
• Developing marketing content and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate customer engagement events such as trainings and tradeshows, managing customer communications and digital channels, and monitoring campaign performance through analytics and reporting.
• Support marketing planning and budget management while identifying opportunities to optimize program effectiveness and marketing ROI.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office.
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and meetings; less than 10% of time.

Your profile as Marketing Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications and/or journalism.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred 3+) in marketing, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Strong project management experience working with internal teams and external agencies
• Strong business acumen with ability to track expenses, balance a budget and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing disciplines including creative development, platforms, media, analytics, and performance measurement including but not limited to: 

  -Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  -Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva

  -Google Ads, SEMrush, Power BI, Salesforce CRM

  -Social media platforms and management tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Hootsuite)
