Housing Stability Case Manager - Help Clients Find Housing

Catholic Charities of St. Louis

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center, seeks a Housing Focused Case Manager to help individuals exiting homelessness obtain and retain permanent housing and financial stability. You will build trust, address barriers, coordinate housing services, and connect clients with community resources and partnerships to support lasting housing outcomes. This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support, collaboration with service providers, and adherence to #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities of St. Louis
