Study Lead - Cell Lab, GMP

Study Lead managing routine laboratory projects in a GMP cell lab environment at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Middleton, Wisconsin facility. Responsible for project execution, client communication, data evaluation, report writing, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent studies.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent routine projects including release, stability, and quality control studies
- Oversee testing execution, troubleshooting, and data evaluation using established analytical methods
- Prepare and review study protocols, technical reports, and project documentation
- Communicate project status, updates, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Mentor laboratory staff and provide guidance on routine test execution and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience managing routine analytical projects and laboratory studies
- Proficiency with laboratory instruments and analytical detection techniques
- Knowledge of GMP standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to interpret scientific data and prepare technical reports
- Laboratory management experience with data integrity and quality records oversight
- US work authorization without sponsorship requirement
