What We’re Looking For:
- 10–15 Years of Professional Culinary Experience
- Previous Leadership or Supervisory Experience in a Professional Kitchen
- Experience in Banquet, Catering, Restaurant, Hotel, Country Club, or Wedding Venue Kitchens Preferred
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Calm, Professional Leader WhoThrives in High-Pressure Environments
- Ability to Communicate in Both English & Spanish Strongly Preferred
- Humble, Patient, Trainable, and Passionate About Continuous Improvement
- Strong Work Ethic with a Desire for Long-Term Career Growth
- Committed to Delivering Exceptional Food Quality, Presentation, and Guest Experiences
- Formal Culinary Training Encouraged
